Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Racing Puzzles. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The puzzle must be in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
To request a return, please contact us at support@racingpuzzles.com with your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
Lost Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time and tracking shows no updates, reach out to us. We’ll investigate and either resend your order or issue a refund.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
